We collect only what we need to operate PPMWizard. We don't sell your data. Your offering content is private to your account and protected by row-level security.
What we collect
- Account info: email, name, company name, optional phone.
- Subscription info: processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but not your card details.
- Offering content: everything you enter into the wizard — deal names, sponsor bios, financial projections, photos, etc. Stored in Supabase with row-level security so only you can read or modify your own rows.
- Usage metrics: standard server logs and anonymized analytics (page views, feature usage). Used to improve the Service.
How we use it
- To operate and improve the Service.
- To process subscriptions via Stripe.
- To send transactional email (signup confirmation, billing receipts, support replies).
- To respond to your support requests.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to third parties.
- We don't train machine learning models on your offering content.
- We don't share your offering content with anyone outside your account.
Sub-processors
We use the following trusted providers to operate the Service:
- Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account and associated data at any time. Email privacy@ppmwizard.com to request a data export or deletion.

We use a small set of cookies necessary for authentication and session persistence. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Changes
Material changes to this Policy will be communicated by email or in-app notification.
